By providing us with your personal information or by browsing this site, the personal data you have provided, including without limitation the information provided in the Registration Card/Form, online reservation page, website enquiry form, live chat form, newsletter form, social media correspondence through private or public messages, and/or any further updates provided to us by you or provided by you to any of our representatives in an official capacity in relation to your personal data (“Personal Data”) you hereby give full consent to the Company to collect, record, organize, store, update, use, consolidate, block, erase or otherwise process information, whether personal, sensitive or privileged, pertaining to myself and the transactions subject hereof which will be used for the purpose of providing you with relevant product and promotional information, appropriate and/or improved products & services, or other purposes referred to in our Personal Data Protection Policy (collectively, “Purpose”).
What we collect from you

6. Your work-related information regarding your company, your ownership, and participation when you apply for Partner Accreditation or availing our services
We may collect and store your personal information in a variety of ways:
1. When you purchase or avail any of our products, services, promos, activities, and events;
2. When you interact with our sales or customer care agents, reservation officers and specialists through email, phone, chat services, or face-to-face meetings;
3. When you submit information through manual forms, and online forms on our digital assets (i.e., websites, apps), or contact us through any of our social media accounts (i.e., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.);
4. When you register, maintain, or use our digital platforms, including our mobile apps;
5. When you provide personal information in relation to inquiries, requests, and complaints;
6. When you respond to surveys, promotions, and other marketing and sales initiatives;
7. When you submit a job application;
8. When you are referred to us by third parties or business partners; and
9. When you submit your personal information to us for any other reason.
